Every package below includes a pre-wedding consultation, professional editing in my signature warm and natural style, high-resolution print-ready digital files, and a private online gallery for easy downloading and sharing. For couples who want the full narrative — from the first nervous butterflies in the morning to the party in full swing. Ten hours gives me the time to capture the quieter, in-between moments that often get missed: the private glance before you walk down the aisle, your grandmother quietly wiping a tear during the speeches, the best man’s face when he realises he’s left the rings in the car. These are the photographs you’ll treasure most.

What’s included:

Pre-wedding consultation

Travel & Coverage Area

I’m based in Cambridge and travel to weddings across the country. Here’s how travel works:

  • England: Complimentary — no travel fees whatsoever, regardless of distance.
  • Wales: A set travel supplement is included in your package fee. I’ll confirm the exact amount when we chat.
  • Scotland: Travel supplement applies, confirmed at enquiry stage.
  • France, Italy & Europe: I hold a French passport and can work freely across the EU. Travel fees for European weddings are quoted individually depending on location and logistics.

If you’re planning a wedding somewhere I haven’t mentioned, just ask — I’m always open to an adventure.

YOUR INVESTMENT

What Your Wedding Photography Prices Actually Cover

When you look at wedding photography prices, it’s worth understanding what goes on behind the scenes to deliver the finished product. Your investment covers far more than just the hours I spend at your wedding. It includes:

Professional-grade equipment that’s regularly serviced, with full backup gear at every wedding. Two camera bodies, multiple lenses, lighting equipment, and spare batteries and memory cards — because your day is too important to leave anything to chance.

Years of expertise. Over 27 years of professional photography and 500+ weddings means I can handle any situation — difficult light, tight timelines, large groups, unpredictable weather — calmly and confidently.

Hours of post-production. Every image in your gallery is individually selected, colour-corrected, and edited. A typical wedding involves 15–25 hours of editing work after the day itself.

Secure backup and storage. Your wedding files are backed up in cloud storage and on external hard drives. If you ever lose your photographs, I can provide replacements — even years after your wedding.

Insurance and peace of mind. I carry £5,000,000 public liability insurance with Hiscox, and I can provide proof of cover to you or your venue on request.

Ongoing support. Need extra prints? Want to order an album a year later? Have a question about framing? I’m always here.

FAQ

Questions About Wedding Photography Prices.

Yes — travel anywhere in England is completely free and already factored into the price. For weddings in Wales, Scotland, or Europe, a travel supplement applies and I’ll confirm the exact amount when we chat about your plans.

Yes — I ask for a 25% deposit when you book, with the remaining balance due four weeks before your wedding. This keeps things manageable and straightforward.

Absolutely. The packages above are designed to suit most weddings, but if your day doesn’t fit neatly into one of them, just get in touch and we’ll put something together that works perfectly for you.

No — professional editing and your private online gallery are included in every package as standard. There are no hidden costs.

It happens more often than you’d think — the party is in full swing and nobody wants to stop. If you’d like me to stay on beyond your booked coverage, I charge a simple hourly rate for additional time, which we can agree in advance or on the day itself.

My prices sit in the mid-range for an experienced, full-time wedding photographer in the UK. You’re getting 26+ years of expertise, professional equipment with full backup, comprehensive editing, and the peace of mind that comes with working with someone who’s photographed over 500 weddings — without the premium price tag that some photographers charge for a similar level of experience.

Found the Right Package? Let’s Talk

Whether you’ve already decided or you’d like to chat through the options, I’m always happy to help. Get in touch and tell me about your wedding — your date, your venue, and what matters most to you. I’ll get back to you within 12 hours with availability and a personalised recommendation.

Popular dates — especially summer Saturdays — book up well in advance, so if you’ve got a date in mind, don’t leave it too long.
