- Client data (couples who book our services): Retained for up to 7 years after your wedding date, in line with HMRC requirements for financial records.
- Wedding photographs: Retained indefinitely in secure backup storage as part of our service commitment to clients, unless you request deletion.
- Website analytics data: Retained in anonymised form for up to 26 months.
- Cookie consent records: Retained for 12 months, after which consent is requested again.
5.3 Your data will be securely deleted once the relevant retention period has expired, unless you request earlier deletion.
6. How and Where Do We Store Your Data?

- Hiscox — insurance provider (where proof of insurance is required by your venue)
