From your first enquiry to your finished gallery — here’s what to expect

Step 1 — Say Hello

Drop me a message through the contact form, email, or give me a ring. Tell me a bit about your plans — your date, your venue, and what matters most to you. I’ll get back to you within 12 hours, usually much sooner.

Step 2 — Let’s Have a Chat

Once we’ve made contact, we’ll arrange a proper conversation — whether that’s over a coffee in Cambridge, a video call, or a phone chat. This is where I get to know you as a couple, understand your vision for the day, and answer any questions. No pressure, no hard sell — just a friendly chat to see if we’re the right fit.

Step 3 — Book Your Date

Happy with everything? Brilliant. I’ll send you a straightforward contract and ask for a deposit to secure your date. From that point on, your wedding day is in the diary and I’m yours.

Step 4 — The Run-Up

In the weeks before your wedding, we’ll finalise the timeline, confirm your must-have shots, and go through your family group photo list. I’ll be on hand to offer advice on timing, lighting, and logistics — whatever you need.

Step 5 — Your Wedding Day

This is the part I love. I’ll arrive calm, prepared, and ready to capture everything — from the nervous excitement of getting ready to the last dance of the evening. All you need to do is relax, enjoy every moment, and trust that I’ve got it covered.

Step 6 — Your Photographs

Within 4 weeks, you’ll receive your complete, professionally edited gallery via a private online link. Every image is colour-corrected and enhanced in my signature natural style — warm, true-to-life, and timeless. You’ll also receive all high-resolution files for printing.
